The Convention center is located within 2,572 Hectare ING CITY, just 3 Km from the center of Phnom Penh. This is a planned, self-contained city reflecting the garden city movement. The development includes residences, industry and commerce.

Embracing the advancement of Wood structure, the center is created with a modern look of dynamic gradient skin of lighting pattern that set a scene from far away as well as becoming part of the celebration and the activities inside. The protruding entrance with Khmer structure enhance the flexibility of the modern decoration of Cambodian’s wedding trend, to initiate “A DESIGN for ALL” function.
Together with the landscape, the entrance becomes the buffer zone between the unfriendliness of the automobile and the human activities as well as sheltering from the hot sun and the Cambodian rain.
