Designing a façade that is not only rich in textures, but also in forms and spaces that allow people to move effortlessly from Inside to Outside

CMI Office is a multi-use building with a complex mix of functions. It sits in a tiny alleyway, facing the rear of an existing office building; thus, creating a challenge solved by the use of plants and concrete screens to differentiate the building from its surroundings.
