Since the space is kept open and connected from indoor to outdoor, we aim to achieve a clean design with minimalistic details that really give out celestially bright and warm wooden tone yet still neutral and fresh.

The texture, shade and material selections are carefully hand-picked in a subtle and tasteful way with a touch of understated luxury while allowing us to be able to bring natural light and create air ventilation within the building.

This modest plot of land has to accommodate a growing family, their lifestyle and their extended family while serving both communal living as well as providing ample privacy.

Creating a green garden on the floor of the building not only provides aesthetics to the residents but also to allow them to connect with nature. The program requirements are laid out in a way that the large ground floor open living room with dry kitchen is connected to the backyard and pool of their parents’ home at the back. This is to take the advantage of the shared backyard.
